Study Requirements and Criteria
Steroid Use
Stable corticosteroid use required; no recent dose changes
Inclusion Criteria
Non-ambulatory males aged 10–25 with confirmed DMD. Preserved upper limb function. Left ventricular ejection fraction ≥40%.
Exclusion Criteria
Prior cell therapy. Active malignancy. Uncontrolled diabetes. Recent major surgery within 3 months.
